Payment

If invoices should be sent to an address different from the main address provided on this form, please let us know. If your company requires the use of purchase order (PO) numbers, please include this information. Payment is required no later than 30 days prior to the start of training and/or examinations. Please note that certificates will only be issued once full payment has been received.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be notified at least 14 days before the course start date to avoid any charges. If notice is given less than 14 days in advance, ISA reserves the right to retain the full course fee. Please note: UK-based students are required to pay VAT (Value Added Tax) on all training conducted within the UK, except for members of the armed forces and government bodies.
